| The hotel was nice, we booked a deluxe king room which had plent of room. Unfortunately it looked over a busy courtyard so we kept our curtains drawn.
Very comfy beds and pillows, nicely appointed room with a great media connection centre.
All in all we expected more than we got, that's why we rated it a 4 out of 5, but having said that we have no specific complaints everything worked well. |

| Everything was fantastic. I was only there for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The service, in particular, was amazing. |

| This top notch hotel is not only beautifully appointed, but it can truly boast the most extraordinary service I have ever experienced! From the concierge, to the doormen, to the housekeeping staff, to the pool attendants, waiters and administrative staff, the level of enthusiasm, charm and capable assistance was phenomenal! It doesn't get any better than this place! |

| My husband and I travel quiet a bit around the world. We go to lots of 4 and 5 star hotels including places like NYC, Paris, Munich, etc. The Peninsula in LA absolutely topped all hotels we had ever been at. HANDS DOWN! BEST CONCIERGE SERVICE, Front desk, Valet, House Keeping, Door Men. Everybody was so helpful and ready to assist and super friendly I felt like a Princess. haha. Beautiful place and staff. |

| The Peninsula is a fabulous hotel rich with history. They gave us a ride back in their Rolls Royce from Rodeo Drive which daughter thoroughly enjoyed. They even put a bookmark on top of my book without me asking which I needed. They definitely understand the fine touches. Staff is wonderful. |
