We go to lots of 4 and 5 star hotels including places like NYC, Paris, Munich, etc. The Peninsula in LA absolutely topped all hotels we had ever been at. HANDS DOWN! BEST CONCIERGE SERVICE, Front desk, Valet, House Keeping, Door Men. Everybody was so helpful and ready to assist and super friendly  I felt like a Princess. haha. Beautiful place and staff."
