| The stay in L'Ermitage was realy a memorable one and surely I recommend this hotel for those who wish to visit Hollywood in future. I Wish to visit Hollywood again and stay in there again. The location, the calm and quite atmosphere all atracts me a lot. Thanks for the maintanance of the hotel as such. |

| We had a very large room, clean and comfortable.. Staff was more than helpful and accomodating. Lobby bar great for cocktails and snacks. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice gym and spa. Low-key yet luxurious ambience. |

| Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. Excellent food, great spa and workout facility. Very romantic. Definitely recommend. |

| My wife and I stayed for only 2 days but we enjoyed the excelent service, large rooms, good neighborhood and very, very good new restaruant. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and could not have been more pleased.
We used to live only a couple of blocks from the hotel so we did not need the lemo the hotel provided as we knew the area and could have driven ourselves, but it was perfect as well. Can't say enough good about the place. |

| We have travelled to LA and stayed in Beverly Hills many times.
This was our first time experience at L'Ermitage - from the moment we arrived curbside it was evident that we were going to enjoy our stay.
Staff were plentiful and extremely helpful , professional & friendly.
Superb location (just a short walk to shops and restaurants.)
Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with a stunning bathroom. We will be back! |

| なんといってもアジアンテイストでモダンな内装、部屋の広さ、バスタブとシャワーが別々に広くとられたお風呂など設備がとても良かった。映画『フル・フロンタル』の舞台だったので、見たことはあったのですが、実物のほうがステキ。
ロデオに歩いていくにはやや遠いですが、日本人なら歩き慣れているからOKでしょう。
ベルやフロントもとても親切で、部屋の説明も丁寧でしたし、加湿器を頼んだら、大型のものをすぐに持ってきてくれました。そのほか、とにかく、コミュニケートして、頼めば応えてくれるけどかまいすぎない、という接客に好感。
欲をいえば、どうしても食べたくなるカップ味噌汁などのために、湯沸かし器が部屋にあれば完璧だったのですが（笑）。
でも、LAに慣れている人にはパーフェクトなホテルと思います。 |

| 静かで落ち着いていてよかった が
部屋のエアコンがつぶれていて２日間
夜我慢して風邪引いた
モット英語がしゃべれたら言えたのに
修理に来たエンジニアの程度の低さは駄目
排気のダクトを指差しエアコン直ったといいました
結局 部屋チェンジしてもらいました
がホテルからお詫びの一言もありませんでした
上司に報告してるのかな
だけど
コンシェルジュは常駐していて対応はよかった
総合的評価は4/5でしょう |
