| とても綺麗なホテルで、スタッフも親切でした。大人2名と子供2名で2泊しました。とても広い部屋で、ウエルカムチョコレートなどを用意してくれていました。お風呂の湯船とシャワー室が分かれており、またトイレも一番奥で使いやすく、とても広かったです。さらにロケーションが最高でロデオドライブの名店街に直結しているようなくらい近かったです。本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。 |

| The service was spot-on; hotel was in good condition, and certainly in a great location if you want to be in Beverly Hills for a stay.
Value isn't really there though...kept looking around room and saying "is this really worth what we're paying..."
After three nights, went to Culver City and stayed at a Doubletree for 1/4 of the price, and the room was similar, but larger....just not as good service and not in Beverly Hills. |

| This is the standard by which all other hotels should be judged. It is a phenomenal hotel with a great staff and unbeatable location. Truly amazing. |

| I had a great time in this hotel. The room was great, large and comfy. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was great (particularly breakfast in the BVLD restaurant). I left on a high note, happy to return. That was until a few days later when I realised that the hotel had been using my credit card for other Hotel Rooms. All the charges had been reversed pretty quickly (so they knew they were error) but I am now stuck with foreign exchange fees from my bank, and wondering what else they will put through on my card. Very difficult to contact the hotel as well to sought this out and make sure they stop doing this. I would expect more from a hotel of this standing to be honest. |

| I loved this place! Comfy large bed, very pleasant and accommodating staff! Room was very good absolutely awesome! Close to all the best shops on Rodeo Drive! Would definitely recommend! |

| This hotel has a reputation as one of the worlds finest. It did not disappoint. The staff wre the most accommodating and friendly I have met. You know it is an expensive hotel, but it is worth every cent. |
